Fresh Generation Foods is unable to accept returns after 7 days due to the expirary nature of fresh fruits and vegetables. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact Fresh Generation Foods by email at email@example.com.
Once we receive your email, we will look over it and notify you about the refund process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund if we deem a refynd necessary. If your refubd is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
